About Creative Flow Space

Founded by writer, yoga teacher, and creative mindfulness expert Sarah Elsing, the Creative Flow Space serves as a community for creative minds seeking culture, inspiration and transformation. We see art, culture and yoga as food for the mind, body and soul. To help you find your flow, we combine structure and discipline with playfulness to facilitate healthy routines, help clear obstructions and get creativity flowing.

How Creative Flow Space can help

  • You

Self-knowledge is a fundamental part of creativity. Connecting with yourself — whether that’s through journaling, yoga or a creativity-boosting course — can help you light your creative spark and make progress with your project.

  • Your Team

Need to find your flow as a team? Creative Flow Space is ideal — whether you need team-building days to boost collaboration and communication or want to show how mindfulness, meditation and yoga can help lower stress levels and increase performance.

  • Your Organization

Organizations that make creativity part of their core culture typically deliver better results — and are often better places to work for. Creative Flow Space offers bespoke packages and retreats designed to suit your needs.

Our founder’s story

Grounded in the belief that creativity isn’t just a way to think but rather a way of life, Creative Flow Space by Sarah Elsing helps individuals, teams and organizations cultivate curiosity. Hands-on positions in editorial offices, newsrooms, galleries, and agencies offered Sarah direct insight into the precarious balance between exhilaration and alienation inherent in navigating the creative process. By delving into these pressures and challenges, she was able to develop strategies to unlock her inner voice. Now, she aspires to help you find yours.

“Creativity is a room that is always open. You just have to find the door. And this is actually simple.”
