At the Bauhaus Dessau, students moved to the school's flat roof with their morning gymnastics a hundred years ago.
For the 100th anniversary, Sarah held her Bauhaus Yoga Experience on various terraces and flat roofs of the Bauhaus Modern and its successors.

In a total of four online courses, Sarah gives thought and movement impulses for the home.
Each of the Bauhaus yoga sessions, recorded in the temporary bauhaus-archiv, Sarah begins with a short excursus on the historical Bauhaus. Exercises from the Bauhaus pre-course and synesthesia exercises according to Wassily Kandinsky complement the approx. 25-minute yoga sequences.
