Sarah's Yin classes are fluid and meditative. There is a lot going on inside: in the fascia, in the mind and in the soul. Sarah creates a safe space in which the practitioners feel held so that they can really let themselves go in this deep process. Music, stories, breathing exercises and healing touch help.

Mindfulness
Sarah loves yoga philosophy, mantra chanting and the combination of yoga, Buddhism and psychology as taught by her teacher Sarah Powers. For Sarah, the combination of movement, music and stillness is a path to more freedom, serenity and balance in everyday life.

Jivamukti
Sarah's Jivamukti lessons are powerful, deep and exhilarating. Sarah's talks and music are just like her hands-on assists: spirited, supportive, but never overbearing. For Sarah, yoga is really a meditation in motion.

What a typical class looks like
Classes are 75-90 minutes long, depending on the practice. Each session begins with mantras and mindfulness practice before delving into an inspiring asana sequence and closing with a mind/body melting savasana. Mats are available on-site.
Who this is for
Always wanted to try a private yoga class? Do you want to tailor a session to focus on a specific goal or respond to the particularities of your own physical needs? Private sessions can be dynamic, relaxing or meditative. We will develop a program together that is perfect for you, including a personalized playlist. A private class is structured so that you will be able to also practice independently after a few sessions. All levels are welcome!
Corporate Yoga
Treat your employees to a break with yoga, meditation and stress-reducing mindfulness exercises. Regular practice improves the ability to remember, increases concentration and problem solving skills.
